Program Overview

St. Clare Adult Day Program is designed specifically for adults with mental health concerns who benefit from structured activities, social interaction, and professional support in a community setting. The program provides a safe and nurturing environment where participants can engage in meaningful activities while receiving the care and support they need.


The program operates on weekdays and offers a variety of therapeutic activities tailored to the individual needs and interests of our participants. Our experienced staff members are trained to provide compassionate care while encouraging independence and personal growth.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in our Adult Day Program, individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a volunteer admission
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Currently receiving mental health services
  • Must have a primary mental health Diagnosis.
  • Be able to function in group activities/settings with minimal supervision

Participants must also meet ONE of the criteria below:

  • Have experienced a long time or repeated psychiatric hospitalizations.
  • Poor daily living skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a limited or nonexistent support system.
  • Be unable to function in the community without intensive intervention.

Our team conducts thorough assessments to ensure that each participant is appropriately matched with our services. We work closely with families and healthcare providers to develop individualized plans that meet the unique needs of each person.
